laminated veneer lumber (LVL) Heating Platens For Single Daylight / Multi Daylights /Continuous Hot Press
LVL- laminated veneer lumber, is used in construction industry which need extreme high quality. Many wood veneers with same thickness shall be pressed into one board. LVL can be manufactured to any length in a continuous production press. Being a low-cost building material, LVL is an ideal replacement to solid wood and is often used in the form of boards, beams, joists and supports.

Main Features:
We can design hot platen according to your size, including the holes(2-in and 2-out, 4-in and 4-out,6-in and 6-out...etc)

3. Parallelism of surface tolerance: 0.01mm whole surface
4. Smoothness accuracy less than RA 1.6
5. Thickness tolerance: + 0.2mm
Those heating platens due to the big thickness and weight are designed into several small circulations and big size deep hole diameter in order to achieve the fast heating and final temperature uniformity;welding quality have been specially paid attention and any bad weldings with bubbles will not acceptable as they will leak after very short using time.We have the toughest quality control here and every production step shall be well monitored and final surface by surface inspection shall be appliied:
